A small family owned business that was thought of many years ago by my father James O. High Sr. who would always have benefit dinners at the Upper Room Church Of God In Christ using his special seasonings that would have all the church members licking their fingers clean asking what was the secret. As he is resting in peace I had to carry on the legacy of his wonderful spices that were so flavorful which is why I chose the name So Flavorful.
